How It Works

Your true cost is everything you pay for one sale: production, packaging, shipping and the platform's fixed fee. The percentage fee grows with your price, so the calculator includes it when working out what to charge.

Price = (production + packaging + shipping + fixed fee) ÷ (1 − fee % − target margin %)

The lowest price is your break-even point. Sell below it and you lose money on every order, even if sales look good.

Pick the Right Number

A price just below a round number, like 23.99 instead of 24, tends to feel like a better deal. A round number feels more premium. Choose the one that fits your brand, then test it with real customers and adjust.

Check your platform's real fees before you set your price, since they vary by store builder and payment provider. For the full thinking behind this, read How to Price Your Product Without Underselling Yourself.
