Privacy
The short version: Rexyd has no cookies, no ads, no tracking and no accounts. Nothing you type into the free tools ever leaves your browser. Here is exactly what happens when you visit.
Cookies
None. Rexyd doesn't set any cookies, and nothing on the site uses cookies for advertising or tracking. That's why there's no cookie banner.
Visitor Statistics
To see which guides are useful, we count visits with GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service. It records totals only: which pages were visited, the site you came from, your browser and operating system, screen size, language, and country (worked out from your IP address).
- It doesn't store your IP address.
- It doesn't use cookies or save anything in your browser.
- It doesn't follow you to other websites or build a profile of you.
The statistics are stored on servers in Finland and Germany. GoatCounter's own privacy policy has the full details. If you use an ad or content blocker, it will usually stop the count, and that's fine.
The Free Tools
Everything you enter into the Pricing Calculator, Startup Cost Estimator and Discount Calculator is calculated in your own browser. Your numbers are never sent to us or stored anywhere.
What Your Browser Remembers
If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers that choice on your device so the site looks the same next time. The site also keeps an offline copy of its pages in your browser so it loads quickly and works without internet. Neither is sent to us, and you can clear both at any time in your browser settings.
Fonts and Hosting
The font is hosted on rexyd.com itself, so loading the site doesn't contact Google or any font service. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub briefly processes your IP address to deliver pages and keep the service secure, as described in GitHub's privacy statement.
Links to Other Sites
Rexyd links to Instagram, LinkedIn and the tools listed on the Resources page. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you click through.
If you email contact@rexyd.com, your address and message are used only to reply to you. You won't be added to any mailing list.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Because the site doesn't collect personal data, the only thing we might have is an email you sent us. Write to contact@rexyd.com and we'll sort it out. You can also contact the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
